A snapshot of the current information system. This includes the discovery of the
resources and processes used by a client within in the context of their overall
company mission. |
 |
Given the discovery documentation, an analysis is conducted to determine how well
a client is using their IT resources as well as what resources exist which might
help them in optimizing their functions. This will include research of current technologies
with particular attention to the arenas in which a client focuses their business.
|
 |
In the process of the research and in light of the goals and distinctives of a client,
an ideal information systems architecture will be designed. This will serve as the
goal toward which the client will work in the near future within its information
systems department and provide a grid through which to filter new technologies as
they materialize. |
 |
In the process of reviewing both the processes and resources of a client, we then
create a clear and careful plan of steps to move them from where they currently
are to where they should go. The ultimate deliverable here is a report that contains
the strategy for getting the most out of their IT systems, complete with details.
