In order to efficiently support our SLA clients as well as to catalog a comprehensive
list of a client’s resources, we manage technical information in an inventory database.
This allows any consultant to quickly help a client in case their assigned consultant
isn’t available as well as a place to track technical information that is often
misplaced otherwise. A sample of the inventory section is displayed below.
